Virtual Room Plan Policy Payment. The Virtual Room Plan is $675 per room, paid in full at checkout. It covers the design of one room. Timeline. Your plan is delivered within 10 business days. The 10 days start once we have all three: your payment, your completed room form and your kickoff call. What’s included. A 20-minute kickoff call, a furniture floor plan, a design board, a rendering, 1 to 2 paint colors, up to 20 product selections with links to buy, an optional 20-minute follow-up call, and one round of revisions with up to 5 product swaps. Revisions. Send all your changes together after your follow-up call. We’ll turn them around within 5 business days. Changes beyond the one included round can be quoted separately. Purchasing. You buy all furniture, decor and materials directly from the retailers. Shipping, delivery, returns and warranties are between you and each retailer. Prices and availability can change after your plan is delivered. Measurements. Your plan is based on the photos and measurements you send. It isn’t a set of construction drawings. Please check product dimensions before you order. Scope. This plan doesn’t cover structural changes, plumbing, electrical, custom cabinetry or contractor drawings.
