FAQ
How long does it actually take?
10 business days once we have three things: your payment, your completed form, and your kickoff call. The form is the part that usually holds things up, so the sooner you send it the sooner we start.
What if I don't like something?
You get one round of changes, including up to 5 product swaps. Send everything in one message within 2 business days of your follow-up call, or within 7 business days of delivery if you skip the call.
Can you order everything for me?
This plan is all about you doing the shopping. You'll order straight from the retailers, which keeps your cost down and your timeline in your hands. Want us to handle everything? That's our full-service design.
Will it work in my exact room?
The floor plan and rendering show the design intent based on what you send us. They aren't construction drawings and nobody is measuring your room but you, so check product dimensions before you order anything.
Do I have to buy everything at once?
Nope! Lots of clients work through the list over a few months. Tell us on your call and we'll help you decide what to buy first.
Can I do more than one room?
Absolutely. Each plan covers one room, so book one for each room you'd like designed.
